PRIVATE CHEF · My Approach to Wellness Through Food

Every family is different. My role is not simply to cook, but to understand your goals and thoughtfully

create meals that support the life you want to create. My approach is shaped by two complementary disciplines: art and science.

Before becoming a private chef, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent more than fifteen years working

as a professional artist. That experience taught me to think with purpose, to understand the relationships

between individual elements, and to create meaningful experiences with intention. Today, I bring that

same perspective into the kitchen.

My studies in nutrition and food science have deepened my understanding of how ingredients, cooking

methods, and food combinations influence health and well-being. Together, art and science allow me to

combine creativity, intuition, and evidence to design meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable.

Before I think about recipes, I think about outcomes.

Whether your goals are increased energy, improved health, athletic performance, longevity, or simply

bringing your family together around the table, every decision begins with understanding the people I’m

cooking for. I take the time to learn about your routines, preferences, traditions, and lifestyle before

creating meals tailored specifically to you.

My culinary philosophy is rooted in whole, seasonal, organic, and non-GMO ingredients whenever

possible. While my expertise is grounded in plant-based wellness cuisine, I thoughtfully accommodate a

wide variety of dietary preferences, cultural traditions, and individual lifestyles.

When you invite me into your home, you’re not simply hiring someone to cook. You’re partnering with

someone who believes that thoughtful food has the power to support health, enrich daily life, and create

meaningful moments around the table.

CULINARY WELLNESS & MENU DEVELOPMENT

CREATING EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AROUND THE EVOLVING NEEDS OF TODAY’S GUESTS

I help families, hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness organizations, and food businesses develop delicious, beautiful food around specific nutritional, dietary, and culinary needs.

My approach combines culinary creativity, nutrition, food science, culinology, and years of experience creating highly personalized food for clients with complex dietary requirements.

I don’t begin with a recipe. I begin with the needs of your customers and work backward to create exceptional experiences for them.

FROM CULINARY CHALLENGE TO FINISHED DISH

Every project begins by understanding the people we’re serving and the goals we want the food to accomplish. I listen to your culinary team, understand your guests, your existing menu, ingredients, suppliers, equipment, and practical limitations. I then develop and test culinary solutions that work within those realities.

The goal isn’t simply to make food healthier. It’s to create food people genuinely want to eat.

WELLNESS MENU DEVELOPMENT

Developing food that supports today’s growing interest in wellness, longevity, performance, and plant-forward eating—without sacrificing flavor, texture, presentation, or enjoyment.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

Creating delicious solutions for specific dietary requirements, allergies, ingredient restrictions, sensory considerations, and individualized nutritional goals.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF CULINARY PERSPECTIVE

My work brings together several disciplines that rarely exist in one place: culinary experience, nutrition, food science, culinology, and more than fifteen years working professionally as an artist.

My experience as a private chef taught me how to listen closely to individual needs and develop food around real-world dietary and lifestyle constraints. My scientific education gave me a deeper understanding of why ingredients and techniques behave the way they do.

I now bring those experiences together to develop food that is both thoughtfully designed and genuinely enjoyable to eat.
